k290hparamgr not found

The /sbin/rc1.d/K290hparamgr file is a symbolic link to the /sbin/init.d/hparamgr script. Check if this file exists and the link is correctly setup. The file in /sbin/rc1.d should look like this :
lrwxr-xr-x 1 root sys 21 Dec 25 2002 K290hparamgr -> /sbin/init.d/hparamgr
