K175 phone and app install

I am trying to get the K175 phone to keep the app installed from on-premise to be able to unplug and take home and use off premise. Is there an easy way to keep the Avaya VantageConnect app installed after being told to install it in the 46xxsettings file when the 46xxsettings file isn't available publicly on the web server its pulling it from?

Currently, on premise, phone gets plugged in, set push_application is set to install the vantageconnect.apk file, loads up, log in and good to go. As soon as I unhook and plug into an external internet connection, the app doesn't stay loaded.
