K175 DTMF

I have a K175 phone working just fine on my IP500v2 System however once I make a call to anywhere (even to Voicemail) the phone stops responding to DTMF? I have called outside auto-attendants & cannot dial any options & again...even when I call my own voicemail(*17), it connects just fine but no DTMF? Anyone else having this problem?
