k165 Vantage

Recently installed an IPO with 11.1, mix of 9508 and J179 and ....5 k165's ,2 issues #1 when being called they ring only 1 time, then for the remainder of ring it's like in DND,only 1 audible ring but you can see it continuing as a silent incomming call,yes, it can be answered during that time, and then goes to VM correctly.
#2 how in the heck do you create a contact list?
