I'm facing issue with K155 in login to AADS server
it is connected by extension and password with session manager but not AADS
I have AADS with Active directory connection and I'm able to login to it through IX workplace on my pc and on my mobile and I can reach the active directory contacts and search there.
when I'm trying to login from K155 am getting the message "Än unknown error has occurred" also when I press done and go back I got red triangle with message (A general error has occurred while attempting to connect to the Device Service server)
but on other softphone like pc and mobile am able to connect and search for contact
