K155 cant access system directory

Hi, i have a server edition, cloud based, with some J139 and a handful of k155 handsets
J139 are ok and can access the system directory
The K155 cannot, i found one previous thread regarding HTTP instead of HTTPS and i have tried both methods but the phone just says "network search isnt allowed"
Any idea how to get this resolved?
Server is 11.0.1.1.0 build 11
Handset is Avaya Vantage Connect
2.2.0.1 (0002; K15501A; 316.1.20)

I'm also having issues with this but with the K175. I've talked with an Avaya Technician but we didn't really get anywhere.
