I have a two column table that I want to use for a tale of contents similar to the following:
Chapter 1 .................................. A-1
Chapter 1, Section 1 ...................... A-1.5
Cahpter 1, something else ................ A-1.7
Chapter 2 ................................. A-2
etc.
Obviously I can line the page numbers up since they are in the second column, however, staying with a proportional font, how do I justify the first column? (Left side stays aligned and the dots right justify to the right border of the column.)
I've experimented unsuccessfully with he style tag "justify" and I'm assuming that it doesn't work because each entry is one line so it's treated like the trailing part of a paragraph that is not justified. Actually I'd like a better solution anyway, since I'd like to justify only the dots and not the text.
