just setup dynamic dns and know I dont get mail

I just finished setting up dynamic dns through freedns.afriad.org everything seems to be working except my email.

I called the company I registered my domian through and they gave me mx records the only thing is in my dynamic dns host there is only on spot to typ in mx records and my domain registar told I had an mx50 and an mx10 I still wnt to use the e-mail forwarding through my domain registar.

But as for rigth noe I do not receive any mail at all sent to @mydomain.com.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
