IS-IT--Management
I have a task to try and get various PBXs in our organisaiton talking to one another. I have CS1000 and BCMs around and a few IP Offices as well. I was going to start using NRS on the SS to manage the call routings to begin with, I was also thinking of giving each site a 3 digit prefix so for example site A has a code of 111 and site b a code of 139. If site A wants to call extension 4534 on site B, the number to dial would be 1394534. Question - can this be done with the help of NRS or do I need to build CDPs and routes between each to each site or can I use a combination of NRS (for when I can just redo a PBX to work thus) and direct routes between switches (for whenever I cannot use NRS).
