Can someone explain what utiltiy ICERTDTrace does. Is this for web client only or for sccs client as well? Thanks

It is to test the multicast receive and send capabilities of the SWC server. You can also test the receive capabilities of a client machine where you are having difficulty seeing RTDs or ADD info.
