JUST READ PERMISSION FOR VIEWER

Hi,

I have really reasonable request in my company, but could not find solution for that. How can we disable person that is using console for viewing user, to input information in user's screen. There is some concern that some malicious person can do harm with that to somebody else.

Please if anybody has solution let me know.

From the SMS MMC -> Site Database -> SMS Site -> Client Agents -> Remote Tools Client Agent. Right click and go into properties. On the "Policy" tab -> "Level of remote access allowed" - review SMS Administrator Guide for information. Also, in the "Access permissions" section, choose the best option for your company policy.
