Hi all,
I'm using MXONE TSW.Normally we press number 9 to make call outside,but we often call 9 with the same code like this
Ex: 9 + xxx + phone number
How can I combine 9+xxx to become 9?
Such as if I want to make call 9+xxx+ phone number, I just press 9+ phone number?
Can we do that?Just my idea.Can you give me your suggestion?
I'm very appreciate all your idea.

If you dial the same long numbers a lot of times, use abbreviated dialing instead. (ADCOI/ADCDP/ADCOE).
These number needs to be inserted in the number analysis by NANSI:NUMTYP=AC,NUMSE= xxxx&&yyyy;
xxxx is the lowest number and yyyy is the highest number in the number series.
Then ADCOI:ABB=1111,TRA=955530303030,CLASS=0&&3;

Now it just to dial 1111 to get in touch with "55530303030"

My idea is instead of pressing number 9+ code + customer phone number ( we use 9+ code for cheaper price). As your answer now I need do like that:
ADCOI:ABB=9,TRA=9xxx,CLASS=0&&3;
with xxx is the CODE.Right?
and paramenter CLASS=0&&3, what is it mean?
I'm new learner with MXONE. please forgive me if it's not correct.

The best that you can do is use LCR feature of TSW, with this you can just dial "9"+ the external phone number.
