I was wondering if there is a way to implement a javascript variable into the width attribute of an image tag &amp; a <td> tag. If anybody knows a way, It would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean set them according to some variable?

document.picName.width= variableName;

I don't think this is what you are getting at though! Please clarify.

I apologize for the broadness of my request. Here is what I am looking to do in detail. I have a table &amp; the cell at the top right contains an image the fits great regardless of length. There is another cell to left of it that has a set width of 100. I want to subtract that 100 from the windows width &amp; make that the width of the top right cell. I just can't figure out how to implement a variable into the width attribute.
