Just a modem that can do pppoa on half bridge

Hi there,
in January I posted the same question and have been surprised to have no answers at all.
Is it possible that no one knows a simple modem (one DSL RJ11 port and an RJ45) that can do PPPoA and has true Half Bridge capabilities?
No NAT... nothing...
(an other router will take over anything needed)
Please, help me!!
I just need an old style modem (but with DSL2 possibility).
