tell me, what is the difference between a div and a span tag ? Best regards,

a span tag doesn't make a newline after it and are the width of its contents unless you specify differently. adam@aauser.com
 
Also, since span is only and inline tag (like <b> for example) it can't contain styles such as text:align - you need to use the div (which is a block-level tag, more like <p>).
