Over the last month's I've compiled quite a large list of JunkMail addresses via the Junkmail option in Outlook 2000. I'd like to somehow pull export that list so it can be saved and archived/added to, and maybe integrated into Exchange 5. Anyone know where this list is stored, and how I can extract the data out of it?

TIA :)

Junk sender list is stored in c:\Documents and Settings\username.domainname\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook as Junk Senders.txt. I process the list through Excel to strip off what I dont want and generate a text file (there are easier ways I'm sure), then import it to Exchange using Regedt32 using the following key in the registry:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIMC\Parameter\turfdir

You can also enter them in one-by-one in Exchange Admin -->Internet Mail Service>Connnections>Message Filtering

A note of caution, be careful what domains you filter. You may have users wondering why they aren't getting their mail anymore.

HTH,
Joe
