Junk Mail Filters in Outlook 2003

Does anyone know how to add an option to "Add senders domain to Blocked senders list" to the right-click context menu?

You can add a senders domain to the Safe Senders List, or you can add the sender to the Blocked senders list, but I would like to add the senders DOMAIN to the blocked senders list.

I can't figure out why this was not originally built in.
