junk folders for individual users using NAV for Exchange

Is there a feature to enable a junk folder for individual users? My client does not wish to purchase Office 2003 so I'm wondering if using the exchange agent if there was a way to pass junk meeting the rules to go to a junk folder instead of their regular mailbox.
