Junk Email

I am trying to fwd incoming faxes from a MFP to a public folder but its not working.

I can fwd it to my address but Exch is tagging it as Junk Email. I am assuming if I can get Exch 2003 to white list this address it will fwd to the public folder succesfully.

How do I white list an email address within Exch 2003?

It looks like it is the IMF filter can have a white list if you have install the proper hotfix

Is IMF on by default after installing SP2?
