Hi Everyone,

I hope someone can help, Im really not sure where I am going wrong here!

I have an IP Office 412 connected to a Juniper Netscreen 5GT-ADSL which is used for incoming VPN connections from home users who need to use Hardware/Software IP Phones.

I have a mix of people who work from home using IP Hard Phones (5610s) which connect to the 412 via a Router-to-Router VPN between Zyxel 662H or HWs and the Netscreen.
These phones work pretty much flawlessly, and can make/receive calls (as you would expect!) with no problems.

I also have managed to get a VPN Remote Firmware enabled 5610 to establish a connection to the 5GT and this works flawlessly as well.

My problem however is with using Phone Manager and a the Juniper Netscreen Remote VPN Client.

Once the tunnel is built between netscreen remote and the netscreen firewall I can:

Ping the phone system.
Log into Phone Manager and log in as an VOIP User.
Phone manager switches to PC Softphone mode and the Microphone and Speaker Icons are displayed.
I can make calls without any problems, whether it be to internal, external or other VoIP Users.
I can pick up a call using a Callpickup shortcode.

->I cannot answer calls<-

When I dial the extension from my desk phone, Phone Manager shows the incoming call, however if I press answer, it will drop the call without connecting it.
The Phone on my desk does not show the number of the extension I am dialing and does not ring.

The system monitor shows "Busy Wrapup" when the call is dropped.
I have NAT Traversal enabled on the firwall for this particular tunnel, but it does not seem to make a difference.
I've tried every combination of settings I can on the phone system (Direct Media Path, Different Codecs, etc etc) and Firewall (Xauth assigned IP address, no xauth IP addres, etc).

Has anyone seen this sort of problem before? I have a feeling it is a NAT issue but I am not really sure where to go from here!

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Sorry I forgot to mention:

The phone system is running 4.0(5) and I have tried with Phone manager 3.2.12, 4.0.15 and 4.0.18.

I also previously had the soft phone working completely (IE Able to make and receive calls) before I replaced a Zyxel 662H with the Netscreen 5GT. Hum...
