For some reason unknown to me, my "delete key" is jumping to the end of a sentence or a list after I delete something. For instance, when I delete a message in Outlook, after the delete key is pressed it will delete the message and then the last message in the folder will be highlighted instead of the next message below. Similarly in a Word document, if I delete a word in a row the cursor will automatically jump to the very end of the row instead of were the word that I deleted used to be. I have no idea if this is a hardware or software issue, so any help would be appreciated.

Try swapping the keyboard out. Might just be a stuck key.

You probably get so much spam you've worn it out!

Other than that post in the Office forum.

Shot in the dark, but are there any other keys on the keyboard sticking? (it might not look like they are stuck down, try tapping the ctrl and shift keys a few times..see if that makes a diffrence.
