Jumping buttons

The above link will take ou to a flash interface that i am designing for a company. However, on my 19" monitor at home, it all works fine, but when i view it on a 17" monitor at work, it dosn't. The home button 'jumps' upon mouse over and some of the drawings also appear a bit jagged. Can someone please tell me how i can solve this problem, else i will go bald at the age of 18 with frustration.
