I have a Maxtor hard drive that I want to install as a second drive for storing data. I have set the original drive to master and when going to set the second drive to slave, I noticed that it is marked MS, CS, and CA (or CAI)? What does the CA stand for? I tried to jumper the second drive on CA, but it wouldn't recognize the drive. I have edited the BIOS and changed the drives to auto. Any suggestions as to why this drive is not being recognized?

get the specs from the Maxtor site. That will cover amy special items with this drive.
