Jump Menu Scrollbar

I am working in Dreamweaver CS4. I am trying to create a Jump Menu that scrolls, with only the title showing. If I go into the list menu, and adjust the height the viewer is able to see the options below the title--which I don't want. Is there any way to make the jump menu scroll, while allowing only the title to show up?
