jump/dropdown menu input form on current page.

I am wondering if a jump/dropdown menu can insert a form onto the current page (below the dropdown menu).

For example I have my default page with a dropdown with 8 selection options. Right now each option goes to a specific calculation page. Each calculation page is just a form with different calculations. I don't want to have to format each calculation page if I don't have to. I think an include file would work well, but I am not sure if it is possible to do.

Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

If you want to do this without reloading the page, your only option is javascript and playing with display options in CSS. Anyway, you should get better answers for this problem in the javascript forum:
