I've seen in a few posts that jumbo frames we're not supported upto Xenserver 5 but I can't seem to find any information to tell me if it's supported in Xenserver 5.5. There is a small section in the admin guide saying that it can be enabled but I can't see if it's properly supported by Citrix.

I'd like to find out as I have my SAN and HP switch set to handle jumbo frames but it looks like Xen doesn't support them.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks.

As far as I can gather from the forums it isn't supported, it can be enabled using the command in the guide but i've read of a few issues with it which is probably why Citrix don't support it yet.
I'm currently running two servers with bonded NICs that are supporting 4 VM's each of which 2 are busy fileservers and I've not noticed any performance issues yet. I've got the traffic in a seperate IP subnet and VLAN, all iSCSI traffic also goes through the same switch.
