Jumbo 250 Data Cable

I bought a used CBU jumbo 250 and it did not have a data
cable with it for hooking to the computer's parallel port.
I tried a regular printer cable and my computer wouldn't
recognize the tape back up. Is the data cable wired differently than my regular printer cable?. If it is does
anyone know the pin layout of the data cable?, thanks. Dale

Try a straight throught 25 wire cable, such as those used in external modem.
