I´ve developed our web site with Dreamweaver 4.
My pull down menues are realised with JavaScript.
Templates and CSS should allow easy maintanance.

Everything works fine if one uses Internet Explorer.
But with Netscape 4.x you´ll have some problems - unfortunatelly, some important clients are using Netscape, the other IE - so web site need to work for both.
Problems:
It takes very long to load a page (JSS problem)
Fonts appear totally different than defined in CSS - different type and size
etc.
The preview in Dreamweaver and using IE everything works fine, the problems only appear under Netscape.

Has somebody else faced incompatility problems between Dreamweaver 4 and Netscape? Any workarounds or rules found?
Thx

Hello beris!

The problem you're talking about is unfortunately normal for web developing and the only solution is to test your pages in both browsers, see where the problem occurs, try to fix it and preview again. Find the problem and fix it.

I may suggest to you give us your code and we'll try to fix it for browser compatibility.

Good Luck!
