JSP - XML

Hi there,

I have been asked to write a simple guestbook application using JSP & XML. The data will be stored into a XML file (and not a database) and the JSP page should provide the user with ability to browse thro' existing entries, find a particular entry, add an entry.

It would be great if someone can provide me with an example of how to do this

While I am sure that you would love to have someone give you a complete example, I doubt its going to happen !

If this is a really simple application, then you could read the XML directly from your JSP using JSTL XML tags.

For anything more complicated, you should really use the MVC design pattern. Have a JavaBean class to model your XML, and have the JSP access this JavaBean class.
