JSObject and a signature

Help!!

I'm pretty clueless on adobe javascript. I'm using it to retrieve a JSObject (using Microsoft Access as my tool to edit/create). I can use the JSObject to set String values without problem, but now I need to use it (or some other method) to insert an electronic signature (jpg or tiff). Any idea on how to do this?

I am trying to insert an image or other object into a pdf document. The image is to be located on a webserver and needs to be dynamically retrieved and displayed in the pdf file at the time of viewing. The image located on the server may change periodically so this is why it has to be done at the time of opening the pdf. Any ideas? Cheers.
