JS stop working after updating W2kPro and IE6

Due to worm MSBlaster we updated Win2000Pro with SP4 and InternetExplorer-6 with SP1+security patches from MS. Now when I open certain windows they are crashed. The windows are opened in Javascript fullscreen, then resized. All content is there but the RESIZE doesn't work any more. To report a bug to MS costs money, so we would be very grateful for help on this.

Uninstall Java. Download new VM (

http://java.sun.com/).

Install...quite feasible that it was damaged, corrupted.

Thanks for the tip, but it doesn't work. The problem is some bug in handling JAVASCRIPT. The code is as follows:

it is the resize that has stoppped working after installing MS-updates.
Anybody encountered this problem??
