JS Script for Watermark in Acrobat

I'm trying to figure out how to write a javascript function that when selected puts a predefined watermark, such as "Proprietary Information" or "draft", etc, on the page. I've got scripts that will apply document numbers and paste pdfs of someone's signature in the file. However, I can't figure out what text to make this happen. I see in Distiller where I can change the prologue.ps file to make it print a specified watermark, but you can only have one of those files. I'd like to be able to select one of multiple predefined watermarks for a document. Is this possible? If the code I have is needed, let me know and I'll post it.
