I have recently discovered js/noclose computers. I read that norton doesn't consider this to be malicious and therefor doesn't detect it. I know the Mcafee will remove this virus, but the user has Norton. Do you know of any manual way to remove this virus? Thank you once again for your help

It's usually not a big deal and you can usually stop it by just shutting down the computer. If it's still on the computer somewhere, it will be in the temporary internet files. Just delete the temporary internet files and all will be well. To confirm that it has been removed, try some of these faq760-3862
