JS and DHTML Menu Genration

I am using all web menu's to generate a dhtml menu. problem is that when it creates a hyperlink it seems to exclude the ability to turn the arrow into a hand. any suggestions pls?

I dont know how alll web menus does it but there should be<TR> tags or something like that. Inside the tag add this code.
