Jrun/CF MX6 clear cache

We run Jrun 4.0, with MX 6 in a clustered environment,
all solaris.

Works great, but even after some content is removed, the system still serves up the old content.

We have:
played with trusted cache, reduced the cache setting, stopped/started apache and the application servers.

I hear in MX 7, there is a "clear cache" button, but not so in 6.

Is it possible the content is hiding in the filesystem?
How can I just flush everything?
