*.jpg not backed up

Hi,

I'm using arcserve 6.61 to back up files. At this moment all jpg files are not backed up. The error i'm always see is E3406 Unable to read file (x:\.... ec=sharing violation)
The arcserve account is set as domain admin?

Hi

What is the Operating system
win2000 not officially supported in ARCserve 2000

change the 'File retry' to 'Use lock mode if debny write fails'. Also try to change the logon account for all Engines
to the Arcserve System account from 'Local system'.
