.jpg files don't display in Access

I'm using Office 2000, I can paste .jpg files into Word no problem. When I try to paste .jpg files into my form on Access it doesn't display the picture but just the name of the file. I can paste .bmp files into the forms no problem but they are four times the size of the .jpgs.

Why can't I see the .jpg pictures?

Works for me in Access 2K. Insert Picture and browse to it.
