Jpeg not displaying in runtime

Hi

I've got a program that runs fine, except on one pc. For some reason all the jpeg's in the program does not display on that pc. The program is written in Delphi7. I guess it is something to do with that pc's screencard. Just want to check with you guys if there are not any known problems with Delphi that can cause this.
