JPEG From a CDR File 1

Hello, running corel draw 11 on a MAC, unable to export a CDR file to a jpeg to send to clients for basic proofing. In illustrator 10 I am able to save to web and save as a jpeg, while in corel I export to jpeg2000 or bitmap and nothing appears.I am however able to save as a PDF. There are so many options to save as and the corel manual is not very helpful in this regard. not sure if it is something I am doing or not doing. Any help is always appreciated

Not on a MAC so I will assume this bit is as PC. Goto File - publish to web - web image optimiser. My preference would be to use pdf for proofing though and although many people like it I am not a fan of the inbuilt Corel options I prefer either Acrobat or Jaws, this is because I can 'print' to it so all the imposition and other print options I have with the excellent Corel engine I can use in a pdf.
