Journaling to 1 contact and 1 mailbox

Greetings all.

I would like to try GFI mail archive utility and in order for it to work, I need to turn journaling on and have all email archived to a mailbox. Simple enough.

However, I have journaling turned on currently to a contact on the outside of our network for an unrelated service.

Question?
How could I journal to both destinations? Distribution list??
