Hi,

I'm looking at a report that joins the HZCTRFIL, work centers information, with MCCRWHST, the crew history, on ord_no. The user complained that this generated duplicates, which I confirmed. I attempted to fix this by adding oper_no to the join. This eliminated only some of the duplicates, and it's not clear to me how to narrow the join down further. So my questions are:

1. are these tables even appropriate to try to do a join on?
2. if so, how is it supposed to be done?

what data are you attempting to get from the HZCTRFIL?

It's a report showing planned versus actual labor, calculating efficiency by order and individual.

... but I don't see any hours in the crew file. Maybe I should just give the user a list per order in a sub report and tell him that we can't do efficiency at that level of granularity.

Why do you need the work center file for planned and actual hours? This info is not kept there.
