Joining Terminal Server from NT domain to 2K AD

Anything I should look out for when joining a TS server into a AD domain?

Im the new IT Manager, the last IT guy did some crazy stuff to the network.
I have 1 2k server running AD on 1 domain and 1 TS server from the old domain. There used to be an NT server as the PDC under the old domain, the TS server was not a BDC.

So can I just with the TS server join the AD domain and hope everything is ok?
