Hi. I am trying to run a query/report using my main table and another one. Everything works okay, except those records on the main table that do not have an entry in the other table do not show up on the report at all. I have tried each join type to see if that is the problem, and nothing changes. I need to show on the report all records in the main table, with a blank space next to them if there is no corresponding entry in the other table. Hope this makes sense. Help? :)

Well I guess I asked the question just a bit too soon. I finally realized that I had to edit the relationships between the two tables in two places.

I had already changed the join type in the Relationships screen, but now I have also changed the join type right in the query window, and it works.

Thanks anyway! :) Susan M. Wagner
