Joining server to new domain

Hello,

I will join W2K member server in a NT domain to the new Windows 2000 & AD domain. Server is currently used as a file&print server with Domino server running on it.
Should I expect any problems with this? I know I will have to re-set permissions on the folders for the new win 2000 domain accounts. Any other issues?

I worked with Domino 4.6x and its security was completely independant of Windows so the domain change will not cause any problems. But I'm not sure about the newer versions 5/6.
