Hi ALL!

I'm now working for a new company who outsources IT services, including e-mail (I used to administrate networks at my previous jobs). The IT company has Exchange servers off-site that they use to host e-mail for multiple companies.

This IT company is trying to have me use Outlook Anywhere (Outlook 2007 client) to connect to their Exchange server and do a first time mailbox download, etc.

We are constantly getting a "Action could not be completed. The name cannot be matched to a name in the address lists."

I have a feeling this has to do with my client being off-site, as I've nevr done a 1st time connect with Outlook being off site.

Does anyone have suggestions as to the problem here, or does someone know if this is possible?

Thanks!!

Chris
