Joining 2 access tables, searching and linking

Howdy all,
I have a dilema, i need to join to access tables together, search them, pull matches back to a page and link these matches with a click here for more information.

I know how to do all of the above except I don't know how to identify which table the match comes from and therefore cannot make the "click here for more" link work properly.

any suggestions or am I missing the point somewhere?
