Join system to domain??

Hello all,

I delegated control to a user to join system to domain.
Doman Controller restrict him from joining sytems to domain after moving seven systems to the domain.

How can I increase this quota so that he can join as many as possible systems to domain.

Change the group policy 'Default Domain Policy' (it seems it has to be done there)by adding the user/group to the policy 'Add workstations to domain' in Computer Configuration-Windows Settings-Security Settings-Local Policies-User Rights Assignment

Read the 'Explain this setting', it indicates what also to do to change the limit.
