How can I join a MSSQL Integer with a Oracle Number/Integer.
Crystal tells me everytime that they are different datatypes.

The different datatypes warning Crystal gives you is just that: a warning. It doesn't mean that you can't successfully continue to query against the tables using the join you're referring to.
