Join in on call? 1

We have a group at work that shares a common phone number. Is it possible for a second person to join in on a phone call on the shared number?

Example: Worker 1 and Worker 2 share extension 5555. Worker 1 is talking to Caller on extension 5555 and would like Worker 2 to join in on the conversation (from Workers 2 phone) so they can both listen and talk to Caller. Any ideas?

Also, what is the maximum number of people that you can conference into a call?

In the CLS you can use POA (privacy override allowed) but with that on they will be able to listen in on any DN's that match on their phones.
