Jog dial on the 7431 sets

Trying to get the Jog dial to work on the 7431 sets, but am not successful.
Would like to scroll through system speed dial numbers stored.
tried the Mode button but I get no response when I push it.

Can someone assist me on the jog dial procedure?

I Havn't used the 7431 but on the 7433 press the shift key (on the LCD screen) till the screen shows STA EXT FEAT
then turn the Jog Dial ... if there are any numbers programmed in the Sys then they will show on the screen
